Miriam Schöb (1998) is an artist, slam poet, comedienne and illustrator from St. Gallen, Switzerland. All her work revolves around humour and text. She has been performing on stages regularly since 2015. She speaks about the absurdities of daily life, mostly in Swiss German. In 2018, she became Vice-Champion at the Swiss Poetry Slam Championship in the category "under 20". In 2019, she was a contestant in the German-speaking Poetry Slam Championship in Berlin. Also in 2019, the Lyceum Club St. Gallen awarded her with a sponsorship prize for young talents in literature. In 2020, she was nominated for a Swiss comedy award in the category "talent". Presently, she studies Fine Arts & Art education at HSLU in Lucerne.
